Motorway exit ramp Kapfenberg (coming from Graz continue at Bruck/ an der Mur in the direction to Kapfenberg/Wien)
Drive in the direction of the city center (Zentrum Altstadt).
At the third traffic light look for the signpost for the Castle (Burg) turn left, continue over the bridge to the left past the stadium and follow the signposts for about 2.2 km. The paved road is accessible for buses.
There is a second steep access road leaving from the Old Town at the city center.
